Modern & Elegant Home w/ Netflix and Parking

It served a purpose. We needed somewhere to stay to be able to attend a concert at Leeds arena due to the concert finishing after our last train home.

The area the house is in is a very strange location to put it mildly and I wouldn't recommend female residents walk back to the location after dark. The room is very small for 2 people to be able to get ready and move around, and the parking it states is just a first come first saved basis on a road outside,so if there's no spaces left you could find yourself with a problem. I wouldn't recommend it for more than the one night due to the room size but if you need a place just to sleep till the train's start running again after attending a concert then it will serve that purpose.

Unclean, dishes on draining board, food smells in bedroom. Random slippers in rooms. No parking despite advertised, I expected a drive or a bay, parking was on road. Didn't stay, felt uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness, drove home after the event we attending. Neither modern nor elegant
