The kitchen is well equipped. Location is fine, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the city.

The TV channels are good but there is no Netflix as stated in the booking itinerary. Bedroom is small and furniture is old.

Good location for the city centre and good value with free permit parking. Small room but good shared area downstairs.

A picture of the outside online or on the check in details to make sure you get the right house would be useful.

A parking space/quietness/exceptional cleanliness

The owner of the house was very helpful especially with keeping our luggage safe until we came back later in the day on the check out day to collect our luggage.

We didn't like sharing the bathroom with someone in the other room, but not that much of a problem .We managed fine

Convenient location as we went for a gig and it was a short 20 minute walk.

The host wasn’t very responsive and when we called, they hung up. It would have been nice to have the check in instructions maybe the night before or the morning of our visit to Leeds, instead we were stood around waiting for a while due to not having these. I understand the host was working but we wouldn’t have had to bother them if we had the check in details before we arrived, as you needed a code to access the lock safe with the key and parking permit. The bed was quite small and not the comfiest but it was fine for 1 night.

It's close to town, peaceful and quiet.

Didn't feel that I had the privacy I needed as was other guest next door.
