Modern & Elegant Home w/ Netflix and Parking

The location

The shower was filthy, dust everywhere, off milk in the fridge, netflix not included it is a app on the tv you have to put your own details in, but netflix will charge a premium to put a different location in. Very disappointed in this stay. The couple in the next room were lovely and as shocked as we were to be sharing

Awful experience! The heating was broken, and the house was freezing. The host ignored us, admitted the issue but refused to fix it. They promised to refund half the amount, then rudely backtracked, only returning a small portion. We have proof from chat messages and can provide it if needed. To make matters worse, my spouse had an extremely difficult exam, and we had a terrible night’s sleep, forced to wear coats inside the house while we slept until morning. We arrived late and had no option to change accommodation. The host was rude, dishonest, and even mocked us when we mentioned reporting them. Avoid this place! We kindly ask Booking.com to look into this matter, and we await your response.

Eoom in high rise building in a council estate. Booking was cancelled by owner leaving us stranded in the middle of the night despite notification of our movements. Still has not refunded money
