Siesta Fiesta Hotel Adults Only - 5th Avenue

The location is great. This hotel and actually city is great for people who wants to have fun and party. The music next door is on until 3am and guests have 20% discount. If you want a quiet place, go to a resort out of the 5th Avenue. The room has a nice Mexican design, beds are comfortable, very nice balcony!

There is a problem with the drenaje so if you leave the bathroom's door opened, the smell can spread to the room, I recommend to open the window in the bathroom, close the toilet's lit and close the bathroom's door, also keep the balcony's door opened.

Penthouse Apartment was beautiful, large and had personality.

Fixtures in bathroom and kitchen didn’t work well or at all and overall bathrooms were kind of dirty.

Location is great and near restaurants and pubs. The restaurant is located next to the hotel and has great food. The restaurant offers discount rates for tenants.

The bathrooms need a bit of an update.

Too loud! The blaring music went all night past 2am on some nights which made sleep impossible (the little ear plus they left in room did NOTHING! Also no microwave on property or ice both inconvenient

The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of playa del Carmen.

If you are planning on sleeping DO NOT STAY HERE! You will not be able to sleep, I had the ear plugs they provided and still was wide awake til 3:30am the first night. We had planned 5 nights at the hotel but left after the first night. The whole place needs a deep clean, and touch ups on structural and interior surfaces like the bathroom.
