Fabulous location, great staff in the hotel and attached Fah restaurant and bar with amazing live music nightly Right on the 5th Ave strip in the middle of everything. Short walk to the beach

Room very dated, poor storage, cement floor full of patchy repairs, bed hard as a rock, actually made both sides of my hips feel bruised, even though they weren't. Pillows very comfortable, bed is horrible. Mirror in bathroom is useless and lost reflection ( see lobby picture) Black mold in the washroom, little to no water pressure making showers difficult At 100 Canadian dollars per night, shop around, there's better out there.
