"Unfortunately it was too loud to sleep."

The landscape, nature and design. The bed was comfortable.

There was a bar next to the hotel and had live music all night long. I had my reservation for 3 nights, and since I couldn’t sleep I had to change to another hotel next day.

Right on 5th Ave. So close to the beach and all that 5th Ave has to offer

It was very loud. There were bands playing till 1 am. They did offer ear plugs.

location is champ! very effective to go anywhere from the location! beach is only less than block to the beach. the place is imperfect for Young family. not for elderly with STAIRS!!

kitchen should have blender ready. not enough hot water.

Great staff, beautiful scenery steps off 5th Ave. Great security gate used. Great AC, good breakfast included. Cool clean pool available. I got a great rate when I booked using Booking.com. Be sure to confirm it when checking in. First room, the bathroom was so small the shower actually sprayed on the toilet also. It was a crazy design. Staff gladly moved me. Would definitely stay there again, but only for the great rate I got. Too many options near that to settle.

The (very friendly)staff at check in didn't speak English unfortunately. (I know it's Mexico and my responsibility to comprehend them). I was charged more than double for my stay and didn't know it. The next day another (friendly, English speaking) staff member promised a refund of the difference would be seen in my account in a couple weeks. Some beds are harder than others. The live bands at the connected restaurant are SUPER LOUD and play very late as all along 5th Ave. Maybe why they supply the included breakfast in the morning. I can sleep through muffled noise, plus I brought a speaker and played white noise which helped me. Ear plugs are included on the night stand. Lol
