It was warm

Shower door was broken, internet wasn’t working during the whole stay, there was cockroaches everywhere day in the morning scurrying around the kitchen

The replacement room was good.

The room we're supposed to stay in was not at all cleaned. Although they said it was ready to be occupied. They provided us a replacement but it wasn't enough for the number of people we booked so we have to book another room in the nearby hotel. The conversation was not so clear and made us wait for hours. Not booking with them again.

Not worth the money

It was clean and modern

The security fee, the location, the terrible lock mechanism on the door, the lack of hot water

My stay was comfortable. The place was as described. The staff were attentive to my needs and prompt in their response.

I wasn't able to do my laundry as the machine wasn't working. The beds were comfortable albeit tiny.

All bed in same room

No parking. Hard to get in room after be on phone she said I try the wrong room

Nothing

There was builders work going literally next to our apartment and they would start working a 7am in the morning you can here everything also the doors are heavy they don’t provide you hair dryer the chairs are in their last legs so be careful when you sit on them late out is 20 pound and hour which is ridiculous when we got the passcodes they gave us where wrong had to call maintenance which took about three hours of our day missed an activity that was book and they aren’t even nice to be like we can give you late check out the tv is tiny it’s not what it looks like on the picture there’s only one person that works on the phone she was nice but had to ask her mangers before answering which was inconvenient because your be waiting the whole day for her to reply also there’s no foil no sugar or few bags also they customer service online is sooo slow eve to pick the phone is slow

No negative points from our visit

No code sent to enter the property. spoke to them on the phone eventually the next day AFTER i should’ve already stayed when they finally picked up. was told they would get back to me regarding a refund as the person who accepted my booking did not follow correct procedure. have still heard nothing back and they’re ignoring calls.
