I absolutely loved the apartment. All amenities are functional

The WiFi couldn't work on the television and the response time from the property manager to correct the issue wasn't nice at all.

Loud music Poor service Charged me 50 for cleaning and didn’t refund when I complained I checked out after 1 night I messaged constantly as noise was unbearable Poor service used excuse we have to charge 50 for cleaning and then acted like they were doing me a favour by letting me check out early and not charging me. I should have been refunded the whole amount I got a 3rd back if that Poor service On main road

The apartment is very clean on arrival, is a studio apartment with a kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, utensils, electric hob and oven, microwave and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower. About 20 minutes by bus from the city center. There are 3 supermarkets nearby where you can stock up on supplies. Customer support is very attentive and always available if needed.

The two double beds and the single bed are pushed together, so there is no mutual privacy for guests. Be careful because there are 2 separate entrances, one at 1266 and the other at 1268 Pershore Road, so make sure you are in front of the right one, because access is via code that will be sent to you at check in. One thing that I found rather annoying is the request for an additional deposit of 150 GBP as compensation for any damage, which must be paid before check in and which is returned approximately 48 hours after check out, after a check of the guest for any damage or a surplus for cleaning the apartment.

No toiletries, no fresh towels, not even toilet paper, congested place, unnecessary security deposit

The area and nearness to things such as supermarkets was good. The shower was spacious and modern. Kitchen was well equipped in terms of appliances. Modern apartment.

Facilities provided were not met. No coffee or sugar or tea making facilities. A coffee machine was given with incompatible coffee pods that don't work in the machine due to a lack of barcode. There were no toiletries despite it being mentioned on booking.com. No bedding or Towels on the first night as the apartment wasn't even ready for guests. The host decided to send us to a different place to what was originally booked with a complete different bed layout. I asked for 2x Double Beds and got 1x Single 1x Double. Customer service was okay but as of writing this I am still awaiting to hear from a manager with regards to the miscommunication and false information on Booking.com. I was given alternative accommodation which was not tidied by housekeeping. Underwear in the bed, fridge still in use. Dirty glasses on the kitchen table tops.

Served our needs well. Cost beds and good for spending quality family time together.

Lack of cups! Only 2 and there were 4 of us. Plus no light bulb in the lamp

The property was comfortable and clean. The staff was mostly helpful and kind, ready to address any issues that emerged.

The washing machine wasn't working properly and the visit from the maintenance team was really helpful but did not resolve the issue completely. The location of the bins needs to be made more clear for long stays (we were told it was outside but it wasn't there all the time and it wasn't clearly labelled so we weren't sure we were using the right one).
