We had issue to enter into the apartment. We where provided a digital code to access through the main door but it didn't work. We access the building as another guess let us in. The code provided to enter into the apartment didn't work. We where in the chat for nearly two hours trying to fix it until we were provided a different code. We had not hot water at the apartment. 2 days staying in the apartment with two kids and not hot water at shower time. We also missed a booked show while waiting for it to be sorted. We had the maintenance guy for two consecutive days at the apartment. The mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the cushion pad flatten down. .

Was a very good location for getting around and has a few good supermarkets very close. Nice bathroom and kitchen with everything you need to cook and keep clean.

Extremely noisy the building shouldn't be used for this purpose as walls are paper thin you hear every single noise above below and each side of the room. The whole time we were there 13 nights me and my two children never got one good night sleep. There is a restaurant bar below so you hear that too. The pillows and mattresses never had any protective covers on them and pillows were stained so we couldn't use them. The rooms are tiny too no where to store suitcases or clothes We were staying here for 13 nights in total so with me and two girls it wasn't very practical. There is some hanging space but right above where my daughter was sleeping and in the night it fell off and hit my daughter on the head. The door on the apartment isn't very secure either it's just a normal interior door with a locking handle you enter a code too.

Everything was cheap in this place and washingmachine not working only photos looks nice

At arrival door knob with code was not working and couldn’t entry to room, it took about 20minute with help to enter because of very cheap and poor working door knob from china.Also chairs are very cheap quality only support 100kg person and can be broken very easly, so be carefull

Supermarkets and cafes are around the corner. It is easy to access food and drinks.

The heater for shower is under maintenance. There is no hot water for shower.

The location is easy to live in.

The staff is awful. They didn't respond to my complaints. Water leakage caused my life like hell.

Very bad, please stay away. I was traveling with my family from London and we wanted to stop on the way to sleep, I booked a room with 3 beds, when we arrived it turned out that the door could not be opened, the code provided did not work. We tried to open the door and at the time the children were sleeping in the car , I finally called them and the lady said we had apartment number 3, but someone was already sleeping there! They gave us the wrong code and the wrong room. She tried to fix it and finally gave us another room with only 2 beds, so my husband had to sleep in the car. Very bad organization and irresponsible people work there. I advise you to change the staff, the lady who answers the phone doesn't know anything.

The location of this hotel is a theft area, it was very traumatic when my car's rear window was broken and items in the car were stolen. Car parking in front of the hotel, located in front of cctv, but the police can't investigate.. no wonder the activity is widespread. The hotel does not cooperate with email theft cases. - free parking but in public parking area, next to marrisson mall, - there are no security guards in this hotel, it's really troublesome, it's not safe for women.
