Beautiful 3 bedroom home 4 minutes from the beach

The beds are super comfortable the house keeper was amazing

The house was clean, location was really good, beach, stores, restaurants were nearby.

The keypad was not working, had a realtor lock box on the door handle, didn’t get that information beforehand, only after I arrived ! The love seat was broken & I reached out to the owner she said renters were breaking things faster than she could replace them :( My problem with that statement is why didn’t the owners at least remove it from the property !!! I’d post a picture to show how potentially that could be a safety hazard. I was honestly ready to turn around & leave after seeing that. I’m thankful it had a garage, made getting our dog in safely, she’s terrified of being near the road, however it desperately needs cleaning up & garbage disposed of. The house was clean, yard was fenced in so our dog could get out without being tethered & the location was very good. I didn’t realize that all the bedrooms all had keypads in order to be rented out separately until we arrived. Thankfully we had full use of the house. The mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs replacing !!

It was in a great location and felt like home when you walk in. Huge fenced back yard which I travel with my 130lb Rottweiler and he was comfy too. I didn’t have to worry about him when I let him out. Everything about this house was perfect for us. We didn’t even use most of the house. I love how the kitchen opened up to the living room. I baked all day and chilled at the beach. I’m lost leaving my driveway even with gps talking to me but I was able to get to the store and the beach and back home it’s a great little area. I loved the kitchen it had all updated appliances and pretty much whatever you need. It was very nice. The front porch was set up cute and you could sit outside and relax. I can’t really say anything bad about my stay there.

Maybe now the grass a little more often because I’m deathly scared of snakes so I didn’t go off the concrete. It had a nice area to sit outside that was concrete which was good so I could play with my dog still. Tv was streaming and I don’t stream much but I was able to figure it out. Other than that this house was perfect. The temp was perfect I get hot easy and I was very comfortable. It had everything I needed to feel at home at the beach!

The place was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed it so much. It was so close to everything we needed.

It was very comfortable, great floor plan, beds were comfy! Loved the outdoor areas.

Had a good bit of broken furniture, not a whole lot of dishes/towels. The outdoor patio chairs are broken, had to sit on the ground - we are outdoor people, so we improvised. It all worked out - we did enjoy this location tho :)

Wry good location. The host were very accommodating and pleasant to work with
