Beautiful 3 bedroom home 4 minutes from the beach

Nothing.

After a 15 hour drive with 4 kids we were absolutely exhausted and booked this for one night as we were staying in Pensacola one night to see family, then on to Dauphin Island for a week. We got there and got unloaded, I had spoken with the owner who was trying to get the property cleaned and said his wife who usually cleaned it was sick. No worries. I own a Cleaning company out of Arkansas. We get unloaded and it’s disgusting. My husband finds cameras, there was a brownish large stain on the mattress, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, trash in the trash can still, and worst of all, found signs of a bedbug only to an hour later one of my kids find one on them after we’d left the property. Asked for a refund since we were there all of 10 mins and was denied. Had to pay to stay somewhere else. This seemed like a property people live in, but rent out and will leave for that timing maybe. I am the most understanding and was understanding when it wasn’t ready for us at check in- but the things I listed, I couldn’t put my family there for the night. I’d STILL LOVE my refund for this. I’ll add pics.

I loved EVERYTHING about this property! It’s in a beautiful, quiet & safe location, but very close to everything you need. The house was clean, comfortable, and super spacious, and the host communicated very well with me. Beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away, grocery stores and Target less than 10 minutes away. It was great, I’d stay here again!

House was wonderful and just what we needed! Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The only negative thing we found at all was a foul smell outside but other than that it was perfect.

The property was very easy to find and close to everything. It was nice to have room for the family to be together.

There were two things we didn’t like about the place: the kitchen table needs sturdier chairs instead of the flimsy benches and the patio chairs need replaced. There was only one chair outside on the patio you could sit in and it was sketchy.

Wish there were most dishes to cook with and the grill at the property was very dirty. Also not the same as the one listed but it was okay

I loved the location. The home was spacious. The directions from the owners were easy to understand. They just need to fix a few things, and that place would be perfect.

The home could had been cleaner. The shower head in the master bath was brown and nasty. There was only one wash cloth and the shower curtain was also nasty they needed changed out. We only stayed one night.

It was very near and clean. Very nice place, in a nice neighborhood.

We liked it all.
