"Prefect apartment for 3/4 people. Well located with easy access to city centre."

Lovely spacious apartment, well located for our needs. Bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big enough. Lovely and warm and beds very comfortable too. We were only there for one night and up and out early on the second day, but for our party of 3 adults it was perfect.

A few fix jobs needs to be carried out (loose door handles, bedroon drawers, shower hose not moveable). No towel that I could find for drying dishes. No parking on site and no recommendations of places to park close by. That would have been welcomed since we didn't know the area that well.

"Lovely accommodation."

Very comfy beds, good facilities, clean and tidy. The house was lovely and clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee provided complimentary.

Key collection was time consuming and not convenient. We only stayed one night and time was short so trying to find two separate locations….key collection then apartment was time consuming.

"It could have been much better, the apartment itself has huge potential!"

The apartment has great potential, but there are certain extremely necessary points for improvement. Location is good. The apartment structure is really good.

The cleanliness of the place is terrible. The carpets are filthy. The towel smelled awful. Dishes completely dirty in the cupboards. Having to pick up the keys in another location and then return them there is extremely unpleasant, something I have never experienced in any apartment I have stayed in.

"15 minutes until I found somewhere else. How can this place be advertised as luxury? Seriously"

This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn’t let my dog stay a night here. I couldn’t even sit on the sofa. Absolutely disgusting. They even wanted a £250 damage deposit that isn’t mentioned on booking.com.

This place was manky. The whole place needs done up. I walked round, took photos, so that I couldn’t get blamed for the state of the place, found another place to stay, and left.
