There was no hot water for the 9 days I stayed no help from the people who ran the property the issue was not sorted out I was very disappointed that there could not even provide a basic service

I requested to be on 1st floor as I have issued with stairs and put me in the basement. And I couldn't have a shower as soon as I turned the temperature dial on shower. The conditions we experienced were completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable living standards. During our stay, we encountered the following serious issues: Everyday Rubbish with food left in the hallways which we had to remove ourselves for the whole 30 days stay Rats seen outside the property No heating and no hot water throughout our stay An infestation of fruit flies in the laundry room A bedroom door handle that repeatedly comes off A broken bathroom light that has not been repaired We reported these problems multiple times to your customer service team, but none were resolved. It was only after reaching out to Booking.com that we received any acknowledgment — yet the issues still remain unresolved. To make matters worse, we have since been accused of smoking in the room and tampering with fire alarm wires. These accusations are completely false, offensive, and reckless. We would never endanger ourselves or anyone else by cutting alarm wires. Which means the property put us in danger by not checking they where working, How long were these wires cut before we arrived? We have call logs, emails, and chat records showing repeated empty promises to address these problems. Considering the severe discomfort, health risks, and the stress caused by living in such poor conditions I strongly suggest no one choose this place to stay. This is not written out of any hate towards these people and all is 100% true I've never had to leave a bad review on any stay I've had through Booking.com. this place and team are terrible and not recommended.
