The location is very good. Breakfast was not an option. Good shower spray, and a nice mini kitchen. I like the fact that there was a good communication flow when I raised an issue. They tried to fix the problem at their earliest convenient time. At check-in I got studio #4, but the bed got broken after the first night. When I raised the issue, they acted on it at their earliest time and got me another flat on the lower ground floor which was studio #7.

However, they did not provide a kettle or a toaster when I moved to the downstairs flat. I did not like the fact that the flat was on the lower ground and I felt unsafe there, I had never seen anyone on that lower ground floor until the day I was leaving someone had rented the one next door. I was there for 2 weeks and did not get any equipment to clean the flat. I had to buy a set of brushes to make sure that I cleaned the flat. No offer for a change of clean bedding, So I had to use the same bed linen for 2 weeks. The first flat, the bed got broken after the first night, I was only one person sleeping on it. I could not use the Freezer because the freezer door was put in the wrong direction therefore was not able to use it.

The apartment itself was beautiful; not many other apartments in the area had such a modern look. It was also great to have a small kitchen for making breakfast. The beds were soft and comfortable.

The service was disappointing. We arrived at the apartment an hour after the given check-in time and were instructed to collect the keys from a lockbox using the code provided earlier. However, while the code worked, the keys were missing. We waited for almost two hours, unable to reach anyone for assistance (only Booking but they couldn't help with anything). Eventually, we managed to get inside the building’s hallways, when someone else came outside, to avoid waiting in the cold. After two hours, a cleaner arrived nonchalantly and apparently had kept all the keys instead of returning them to the lockbox. The most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of communication from the management. With no staff on-site and no way to contact anyone, we were left unsure if we would get access to the apartment. Once we finally entered the room, the cleaner informed us that there was no toilet paper provided and that we would need to get it ourselves. This was also the case for other basic essentials. Additionally, there was no place to hang jackets, clothes, or even towels. During winter, this was especially inconvenient, with thick or wet clothing filling the entire room. While most of the apartment appeared clean, the floor was clearly not cleaned in a while. We ended up cleaning it ourselves using a towel.

The apartment was close to all transport links. The apartment was clean an fresh. So fresh in fact that there was still a pot of paint and paintbrush in the room.

No hanging space for outside clothes and jackets, fortunately the weather was kind so wet jackets was not a problem this time. No suitable hangers for towels in the toilet, the towel hangers were a clip on plastic device situated above the toilet pan.

I like how the staff are very accommodating and always just a call away whenever I need anything. The place is well-maintained and clean, with all the amenities as stated in the listing. I will definitely come back here and share this with all my friends soon. Thank you so much!

Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, making the entire booking process and stay stress-free. Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The same goes for check-out, which was equally hassle-free. It really added to the overall convenience of the stay. Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained. It's clear that the host takes great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable for guests. Every room was immaculate, and the attention to detail was impressive. Location: The location is fantastic! Whether you're in town for business or leisure, everything you need is just a short distance away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet close to all the main attractions and amenities.

I truly wished I could have extended my time here. When my schedule allows, I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.
