1) the room and everything in there are new, there is sufficient hot water for shower

1) the neighborhood was unsafe and rough, upon entering the room (passed 10PM), I can smell a strong smell of cannabis, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. (contacted the property via emails a few times because I did not feel safe to stay there, so I self-checked out the next day at 12pm, the property did not respond at all, have to contact booking.com for help. 2) when I look out of the huge windows, there were all the unwanted trashes just laying outside of the windows, because it's located on the underground floor, trashes were all I saw as soon as I roll up the curtains, and the room is facing the trash collection area too 3) walking down and up, to the underground floor with two suitcases (with no elevator access) is no fun 4) arrived the apartment before 10pm (flight landed at 8:30PM from LHR), have not received any prior instructions to check in, I waited outside for a few minutes without knowing how to walk in, no one was at the reception at all. Luckily, I had battery on my phone, with roaming function so I called (cost me extra money and time to call them up), the property host has walked me through the check in process (locks with keys were outside of the room) 5) the shower was tiny, can't hang my towel anywhere ------------- Updates on 23/4 - I reached out to Booking.com for help, but they offered only a 10% "compensation", which is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. *Strong drug odors that indicate illegal activity or unsafe environments is a sign of violating health and safety codes. The property management was unresponsive to my concerns, refusing to offer any refund despite the unacceptable conditions. I do not recommend booking here if you value your safety.

Location is close to the tube station.

Room was not furnished as per the pictures, no desk or bedside tables. Fire alarm going off constantly for over 7 hours before we left to another hotel, spoke with facility manager but no one was sent out to attend. Had to argue with management for a refund, they charged 2 additional nights once refund was processed. Hallway leading to room like a construction site. Construction of the room was poor and building doors did not lock. Noisy waste water pump as rooms below road, shower did not drain fast enough to use without flooding bathroom.

The property was conveniently located right across from south harrow station and the bus station so that was great for getting around. There was also lots of shops and places to get fast food on the high street, so just seconds away. Unfortunately we didn’t have an iron, kettle or toaster as described. There were only 2 small bath towels provided. No cleaning products, no broom etc so it was hard to keep clean and maintained. The building is very awkward and dark and creepy. We didn’t feel safe but luckily we were fine. The outside of the building is not maintained and there was trash everywhere, including a used condom and tampon outside our exterior door , and it was there for the whole 2 weeks. Nothing is cleaned or maintained.

Good location on Broadway, all shops around. Nice flat, the cleaning bad.

The room was dusty, the floor was awful. Try to put more interest in cleaning properly.

Location is conveniently located next to the Metro Station.

no RACK, No closet is uncomfortable when you stay more than 2-3 days. I stayed 1 week..

Was excellently located close to many shops and restaurants right in front of underground station building is very secure and extremely clean would definitely recommend

Up on my arrival, I confirmed my check-in time. But the nightmare started there, I had to wait 4 hrs for someone to bring the keys and find the room. The people you talk to are in Asia, so no matter how much they want to help, they can't guide you. There are too many doors, but there are NO signs, makes it sooo difficult to find your way around having the basement, the upstairs and ground floor apt. The second time cleaner didn't show up until 1 or 2 days. This place is convenient everything works and it's clean but my experience was awful

-No soundproof between rooms. -No View, no windows that opened (perhaps this was because the room was located in front of the rubbish dump)! -No heating or hot water for 16 hours on Sunday 2nd February (6am to 8.45pm) -No instructions as to how to get to place waste into rubbish outside! -Roaches in shower cubicle -Dirty towels found folded on the bed -Human hairs found on bed and under sheets -Children running up down corridor in out of pram room opposite the room -No iron and ironing board as advertised - No wardrobe or closet space to hang clothes, as advertised -No hair dryer, as advertised
