Cozy and comfortable with a great view and nice hospitality.

It was clean and good position.

The bed was uncomfortable and awkward to go to the rest room.

It's really great value for money. The host's place is really close to bus stops that connect you to the city center which is great! The room is super warm as well, good for a winter stay! I also appreciate the quiteness of the neibourghhood, we had good rest during our stay.

Bee did some laundry for us which helped immensely.

The sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable but it was advertised as a sofa bed so no real complaint.

It was a clean and cozy room. It had a microwave so it was easy to just heat ready meals we got grocery store. Also had a small fridge that we used to store milk and yogurt. Microwave and a fridge is a rare find in rooms and very essential for odd time food cravings. Garden access is there but tricky weather makes it difficult to use but we enjoyed the view from room There is beach just walking distance.

The sofa bed was quite small and not comfy. But there was an air mattress so I let my wife sleep on sofa bed and I slept on air mattress. Its good to have this arrangement for couple of days but not more than that. I suggest landlady to consider Ikea day beds like Flekke , its cost effective solution for the room and comfortable.. we use the same in our house The room was also a bit cramped with chair and table. Could have been utilised the space smartly to make more room space

It was cute and cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Bee shared all the info we needed for local food and bring around on the bus to downtown Edinburgh.

Only small complaint about the sofa bed. It was quite tight for my husband & myself. And not as comfy as we were hoping for. But still worth the stay!

Shower door far too narrow couldn't get in.....bed to small... only stayed 1 night instead of a week

We didn't stay,we rang from New Zealand but nobody would answer to see if we could get a refund.
