The Barn by the beach at The Well House, Climping

It was lovely and clean and had everything needed for a stay

The tv is only a streaming tv, it should say in the information that it doesn’t have normal TV channels only Apps. There was no information pack, ie Doctors telephone numbers in case of emergency, where the nearest hospital is. Shops to get food and newspapers , restaurants.

Lovely, clean and spacious accommodation in a great location a few minutes away from the beach and a very short drive to Arundel. The kitchen was well equipped and it was fantastic to have a washing machine too.

The sofa bed downstairs isn't the comfiest. The bed upstairs was very comfortable though.

Own parking space right outside the barn,minutes from Chichester and Brighton. Very quite and peaceful Owners extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely little barn, immaculately clean, comfy bed, perfect location, lovely 5 min walk to the cosy pub and 10 to the beach.

Very nice house with everything we needed. The beach is 10min and it’s like a private beach for the house in that street. Kids loved it. Very good location to explore between Brighton to Portsmouth.

The sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable but manageable.
