Seaside Haven Coastal Comfort 200m from the Beach

The decor was pleasant and it is close to the beach but the oven did not work and the neighbours and location were so awful I had to phone the police ! Not a safe environment to stay in (especially if you have children!). Owner was responsive and helpful but did not inform me about the ongoing issues with the above tenants. Sadly, this made my stay very uncomfortable and pretty depressing !

The flat it's self was clean

Entrance hall stank. Kitchen poorly equipped. Loo flush broken basin cracked. Sound proof poor so could hear upstairs neighbours going about their lives.

Nothing

The neighbourhood. The place had been broken into and people were still in residence. We had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice.

Clean inside, quiet - well soundproofed. Has everything you’d need, and is comfortable.

We couldn’t find the entrance - advice could be more detailed. When we did, there were people sitting on the steps smoking drugs. Once we were in, the communal hall was disgusting. Stepping into the flat was completely different. A shame as this let’s down the huge positives of the property itself

Lots of space, very clean, comfy bed.

Slightly unclear which flat the key belonged to, because there is no door number and the sign which says which flat is which (outside) you can’t read.

Thd apartment was lovely overall . Beds comfortable. Was just around the corner from thafcwecwere going . The shower was AMAZING, and lovely deep bath that my daughter LOVED! 💕. Cute sea view from lounge nice to havd z couple of basics tea bags etc.

Please note.... Not negetives as such, but bit of feedback. but just things that seem to have been overlooked, as it looks likes it been newly renavoted . From a safety aspect, the rugs need undergrip the hall area and stairs. it slips and skids from under you, both myself, 75yr old Mum and 6 yr old slipped on it - Toilet system button was sticking had to keep lifting system lid , it finally fully stuck on day we left owner informed 😊- 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 These 3 definitely need doing . Not so urgent 👇👇👇 Could do with a small dining table to eat at. The large coffee table was uncomfortable to eat at gof any length of time As have to lean constantly m . Some trays would have helped Needs some mirrors . Only mirror in the thd flat is the one bathroom unit. TV wasn't set up. nothing was signed in . Email not answered til following day. Nice to have a little bit for children.Was also looking forward to watching z film with Mum when daughter was asleep. Externally wasnt great & Communal hallway was very uncared for and dirty. Wasn't z great impression until you got inside , bit then was really nice .😊
