The Willow (Alton Towers, Animals, Peak District)

Everything! A home away from home. All the little touches were really appreciated and the property was close to everything we needed. Russell was an excellent host and we couldn’t of asked for more. Meetings the animals was an added bonus.

Maybe add an extra towel for those of us with long hair 😊

The Willow is simply stunning. We had a wonderful few days away. Russell was the best host. We loved all the little touches from the welcome sign to the sweet treats. Our daughter loved collecting the eggs for breakfast with Russell too. We fell in love with all the animals which made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely everything!!! I don’t know where to start. From the moment we arrived Russell and Janette were the loveliest hosts. The accommodation is very modern and spotlessly clean. My two children loved the animals. Russell spent time with them each day collecting the eggs and letting them pet all the animals. We had a bbq one evening, coal and bbq provided. Fresh juice and milk in the fridge on arrival. Russell and Janette couldn’t have done anymore for us. They have an absolutely stunning place and one day we will be back! Book… you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property. Loved the views, animals and Russell the host was vert knowledgeable about the local area and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the little touches fresh eggs from their hens, fresh orange juice and milk in the fridge, great location for Alton Towers - only 10 mins drive, also lots of board games and a smart tv allowing you to log into your subscriptions.

Amazing property extremely close to Alton Towers. The owners are amazing, I went on my birthday and they made some personalised touches to help me celebrate it was so thoughtful. The animals were also so cute and well looked after by the owners. Everything was perfect, thank you!

We had a great stay at the willow so close to alton towers and Russell the host was very welcoming even took the time to show the kids around the goats chickens ect..fresh eggʻs in the morning aswell highly recommended staying here thanks again Russell

I'd give more stars if I could! Russell and Jeanette offer up some of the warmest and most authentic hospitality you could want. We felt so welcome and the accommodation itself was 10/10, with plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, nice shower room and outdoor space including a BBQ. I visited with my daughter and a friend for her birthday and they also had a blast collecting eggs and meeting Lolly the 4 day old lamb. Perfect location for Alton Towers being just 8-10mins away. Thanks again, I hope to be back soon.

The property is beautiful and Russell was a fantastic host. We especially loved meeting all the amazing animals! This place is an absolute gem!
