The keypad didn’t work and we had to wait another hour until we could enter to wait for a staff member to bring a physical key

Breakfast was really good. Five stars to all the hard working cooks that prepared our meals. They were always in a good mood and smiling. Food was always fresh and warm.

The mattress in the rooms need to be change for more comfort. Sheets need to be checked when changed, found some hairs on some of them. Probably an extra air mattress in the room would be helpful.

Well-equipped apartment Whisper-quiet, new AC Fully stocked kitchen, although the appliances/utensils are cheap Easy reach to the beach Internal apartment, immune to the parties rolling at The Courtyard next door Nice balcony, overlooking the condo pool The welcome basket with water and other goodies The shower box is very cute The breakfast pass at Sand Rose hotel, a 4 minutes walk by the beach. Note the Sand Rose restaurant is noisy, crowded, it feels very much like a food court. Zero charm. Nice on-demand omelets though. 2 flights of easy stairs to get to the apartment. A bit of extra exercise can't do harm, right?

The worst, something I never encountered before: this apartment hosts the whole condo's internet server, it's noisy (40dB), works 24/7. One can't hear the AC, but can't ignore the permanent hummm of the server. We notified the management but, of course, they could not do anything. We absolutely felt cheated, they are running two businesses in one location and the hosts suffer from it. The bad: the 8-digit door security code can be maddening. Hard to remember, has a super sensitive touch pad, and it usually takes 3 to 4 attempts to unlock. The area doesn't sound that dangerous to justify such a level of security. The okay-ish: beds (good quality) were too soft for us, and we woke up with sore backs. The funny: pre-K size toilet bowl! Some dirty patches on the white walls need cleaning.

Good location

You have to check in at 2 different locations. Complimentary breakfast is off site. We were on a 3rd floor with stairs and was not offered an option. The office sales Ice but cash only even though they accept credit cards for other things. The TV’s would turn on but could not get to any menus to watch anything.
