The size of the apartment.

It was dirty and it wasn't a luxury apartment. We had to pay a deposit that wasn't refundable and there was stuff dirty and broken. No one did anything about it despite us contacting straight away both booking and the property.

Sutikom, nes nebuvo kitos išeities. Komentarai apie butą Donegal Aveniu. Butas per 3 aukštus, 3 miegamieji, viskas ok su check in. Parkavimas gatvėj prie namo.

Drėgmės kvapas 1 aukšte. Pats butas kaip ir pakankamai tvarkingas. Vieta - 40 min nuo centro pėstute. Ta gatve eina kelias link futbolo stadiono, kuriame kaip tik tuo metu vyko UEFA rungtynės, buvo gana triukšminga prieš ir po, nelabai jauku.

Just a couple of hours before the check in I got a WhatsApp text from the Agency (Luxus Accomodation) proposing to change the house without explanation. Looked like a scam initially. I insisted to tell me the reason and they said the house had a lot of damage from a previous tenant. I asked them to meet me 1:1 as I didn't believe them but they didn't accept it. That indicates to me they were lying. I accepted the last minute change as I was travelling with my family. I stayed in a house very near the original house they also manage. House is called City Haven Modern 3 Bed in Airbnb. The house looked very good in the pics, similar to the house I meant to stay however it turned out to be an old house re-done to a nice taste but still felt like an old house. The ground floor smelled of sewage and the third floor of smoke. We ventilated every day but no joy at getting rid of the smells. The first day we noticed one of the three beds was broken so we contacted the Agency and they promised to send maintenance in the morning. They never showed up during our stay. Also another bed was broken even worse with an awful mattress. The house is located in a British Loyalist area but to be fair we had no issues whatsoever. Based on this experience I would not trust them and I def wont book again with them. I will inform Booking.com of all this.

Only positive reviews were uploaded. The lication is niether central nor safe. Payments are all in advance. Safety was a major concern.. when we requested for refund it was declined even though the trquedt was made 3 or 4 days in adv of visit. We also lesrnt from others that the managemrnt os very unethical and if their an issue with cleanliness or some thing not functioning they offer no help. Overall not a good option

We didn't actually stay in the booked accommodation as it apparently needed some work, but were offered an alternative in the city centre. The change was admirably handled by Andrew at Luxus Accommodation. Despite being opposite the largest nightclub in Belfast, it was a very pleasant experience and not noisy at all. The flat was a good size, comfortable, secure and well equipped. If you are looking for a city centre location in Belfast you are unlikely to find better. Finding the entrance was the only challenge as it is in between Arthur Street and Adelaide Street. We found a nice walk down to the Lagan through a park created on the site of the old city gasworks that gets you away from the city traffic.

Great value for your money and very clean and had everything we needed. Very helpful staff! Also very good communication with us on checking in etc.

A bit of an issue with all the keys getting into the apartment. But that was so minor.

I had a fantastic stay with Lexus Accommodation during my time in Belfast. The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully presented – clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space had a real sense of quality, from the layout to the finishing touches, and felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the team was seamless from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. A special thanks for their help when we accidentally locked ourselves out – they handled it quickly and without any fuss, which made a big difference and really stood out. The location was also ideal – convenient and well-connected, with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Lexus Accommodation more highly. Great service, great space, and a really smooth experience. I’ll definitely be booking to stay again if I’m In Belfast.
