5* Ultra Luxury, Great Views, Underground Parking

We booked this flat for one night but were told a few hours beforehand that the property had a maintenance issue and offered a flat in a different area of Belfast. This was not acceptable to us and we were offered a 3 bed terraced house which we accepted- it was clean and comfortable and good value for money. The manger was responsive dropping off an iron and ironing board at short notice.

It wasn’t the 5* luxury flat we had booked. There was an additional cost which was a £5 processing fee for the damage deposit - we were unaware of this at time of booking.

Ensuite bedroom. Brilliant kitchen and second bathroom.

Finding key and entrance a but tricky. You have to realise which block you are in.

The beds were comfortable

Communication was not good with the hosts. A non-refundable payment was taken for a security deposit. The directions to the apartment from booking.com took us to the wrong car park causing chaos. I wouldn’t describe any of it as luxury at all. Wouldn’t be back and a hotel would have been so much better for the money we spent.

Wide rooms and nice views

Access the room is slightly different.. Too much doors to reach out to the flat. This might be for high security
