It was filthy dirty stained mattress ,damaged flooring ,needs decorating ,horrible smell from the kitchen ,rusty kettle ,microwave smelt of fish and the flat we were put in wasn’t the one shown on or booking,we complained to the manager and he promised a refund,but now we are home he is not answering our calls. We had booked in for 2 nights but we left the next morning he did send cleaners round to clean the mattress but they just steam cleaned it,made it damp and flipped it over,it was a pillow top mattress so the underside of the mattress was hard they expected us to use it like that.the place looked more like a squat

Nothing, the property advertised is not the property we were directed to. We were told after our arrival that there was an issue with the property we booked however we were not placed in a like for like property and the owners have now stopped replying to our messages.

The property is not the property advertised! The property is dirty, damaged and has mould growing on the curtains. This is a complete scam. After contacting the property manager/owner they said they were shocked at the condition I described and that there was a “water leak” in the property we had booked which was conveniently in the same building and that this is why we was moved. After telling us they will give a partial refund they have now stopped replying via text, WhatsApp and booking.com. Flooring is damaged and moves. Walls are cracked. Mould is growing on the curtains. Dishwasher was loaded and running when we arrived. Bathroom ceiling is pealing. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!

The bed was very comfortable and nice linen.

Old, run down property that has had a cheap renovation and cheap furniture. There is nothing luxury or 5* about it.  -Paint peeling from the ceiling -Mould in the bathroom. -No toilet brushes. -Used dish sponge provided. -No dishwasher tablets provided, yet instructed to load dishwasher at checkout. -Listing states there is a bath- (The reason I chose this property over other options) it doesn't. -Floorboards lifting in kitchen. -Fridge and hot water to the kitchen and one bathroom were not turned on when we arrived and we couldn't figure out how to turn them on, called the number provided and told someone would call us straight back, but never did. Ended up throwing away food as it wasn't kept cold. -Parking lot isn't secure and anyone can walk into the building from the carpark. -Door handle fell off within minutes of arriving. -Very cold when we arrived, heating set to 18* -took a long time to heat up as apartment is draughty. -All the doors are peeling at the bottom. Photos are not a representation of the apartment allocated- completely different property pictured. After booking we were required to pay the security deposit of £250 which is standard, however, there is only one option on how to pay this and the company charged us $20 AUD non-refundable to do so. Absolutely nothing luxury about this very basic, run down property. This was the last night of our trip and we wanted to stay somewhere nice, a massive let down. If the owners advertised it honestly, I wouldn't be so upset, it served a purpose but there is absolutely nothing luxury about this basic, cheaply done up apartment. The beds were nice and that's the only nice thing I can say. Would not book any of this company's accommodation in the future and caution others.

The handle to the balcony door in the front room was loose so made us nervous with 3 children. It could have been pulled open easily and wasn’t secure. This made us feel uneasy. The children were not allowed near the door for the whole trip.
