Dream of Zanzibar Resort & Spa - Premium All Inclusive

Let me start by saying we are seasoned travellers and like the high life. We seek great service and unique experiences. I usually have a handful of improvements I would make as a business man my self. But, this hotel is largely flawless for the country your in. The staff have very clearly been trained properly and service quality was detailed, consistent and uniform whilst allowing for individual personality to shine through. The bar (as well as mini bar) was generous in measure and what’s included no silly limitations like I have seen in other all inclusive resorts. They kept the premium brands flowing for 2 weeks solid. Security is solid and your belongings and person is very safe. The rooms have a big four poster bed and it both enabled a great nights sleep and romantic stay for us. Food was buffet style but varied enough to see change daily for 2 weeks. I had some business while on the trip and the reception staff were all to eager to enable me to print and scan as needed. On the last day the drinks kept flowing past the check out and we were given a grace shower room to allow us to change. I feel the management had looked at the general complaints of a typical all inclusive hotel and ironed these things out from this hotels customer experience. The beach was beautiful and 5 steps away from our sun lounger. The sea was pea green and warm and gave the perfect way to cool the effects of the sun on the skin. I would recommend this place to couples, small groups who want a little adult magic back in their lives. Entertainment was local and not at all cheesy. We played some of the bars games and listened to the soft music and sound of the waves.

Wir haben noch nie so einen zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Service erlebt! Die Anlage bietet alles was man braucht und das Essen war wirklich außergewöhnlich lecker! Das Zimmer war riesig und wurde mehrmals täglich gemacht!

Das einzige ist, dass unsere Armatur in der Dusche gerostet ist. Verglichen mit dem Standard hier ist das aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Our stay at Dream of Zanzibar was truly exceptional. The resort itself is an amazing place, offering a fantastic all-inclusive package that made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The service stood out in every way—Hotel Manager Petro and Rahma took great care of us, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. The rooms were elegant and truly magazine-worthy, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be coming back.

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Zanzibar. Le personnel était extrêmement accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Big up à Hassan, Ngulele et Rahma. L’emplacement est magnifique, avec une vue superbe et une ambiance très relaxante, parfaite pour se détendre.

Honnêtement, il n’y a pas grand-chose que je n’ai pas apprécié. Si je devais dire quelque chose, ce serait seulement que le séjour est passé trop vite !

L’hôtel était bien mais malheureusement nous avons dû écourter notre voyage à cause de travaux collés à l’hôtel. Le bruit des machines des 7h30 , puis toute la journée quand on veut profiter de la piscine. Sans oublier les ouvriers qui regardent sans cesse… une horreur! Mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel malheureusement , je vous conseille donc de demander d’abord si les travaux sont finis car à part ça l’hôtel était bien

Это не 5 звезд, а максимум 3. И рейтинг для букинга завышен совсем. Отель старый, пошарпанный, «уставший». Странное обслуживание из шаблонных фраз, бездушное., На ночь не убирают матрасы с лежаков, когда дождь, и потом матрасы мокрые.

Obok wielka budowa, hałas od rana do nocy. Zero odpoczynku ! Nie chcieli wystawić faktury mimo zgłoszenia przed przyjazdem i zaraz po. Nie bo nie.
