Stay was cancelled at 10pm the night before I was due to arrive, trying to contact the property was impossible and when I did manage to speak to someone they were incredibly unhelpful and did not respond to my query. I had to change all of my weekend plans last minute and wasted a lot of money because of this cancellation and the unhelpfulness of the property

There is nothing good about the property The whole place smelling and ebd up not staying there

The property was poorly kept. The compound was smelling urine and litters with indisposeables waist bag. I had to leave the property to look elsewhere. Requested my money be paid back to me, as I couldn't stay there.

Nothing, the stitched my booking up costing Mr £150 more an hour away to pick my daughter up the follo6day. I would suggest if they can say a "booking error" a few hours before arrival. Do not use them.

Unable to get in as access details not supplied until 2 and a half hours after agreed check in, so made other arrangements

Worst case is I was locked and didn’t get entry to the property and waited 1 hour and changed to the another hotel and was in contact with booking customer service for 4 hours in a call but no proper decision was taken by them and didn’t refund me as well.

I'm very surprised it passed "HEALTH AND SAFETY"!!!! to become B+B/AIR B+B???? I'm going to send a copy of this email to booking.com....

Where shall I start?! It was on the 3rd floor with 2 tiny windows (that were broken and didn't close) and no FIRE ESCAPE??!! If anyone had had a fire then there's no way of getting out alive... the heating didn't work...and of course the broken windows so to say we we're very very cold is an understatement! The top of the room door was broken...I do have photos and videos of this i will enclose with this email, the blind in 1 of the tiny broken windows didn't work and the other tiny broken window didn't have anything on it, the lamp didn't work, the coffee table still had coffee or chocolate stains still on there from people sho we're there before us! The pillow in my sons bed was as flat as a pancake and uncomfortable!!! im mean come on how much does a decent pillow cost!!! The mat by the side of the bath was very dirty and had paint stains over it..... in fact if I was staying for longer I don't think I would of showered in that bathroom there was no hand soap in the ( hand soap dispenser) WHY BOTHER HAVING ONE IF UR NOT GOING TO FILL IT UP?? no other hand soap or sanitizer to use, no hot water, the tap in the kitchen wasn't attached to the side it was just leaning, the kettle wasn't very clean but boiled it a few times before using, even though there we're 3 of us staying there we're only 2x teabags 2x sugar...and 2x satchet of milk???? It's advised as a room for 3 guests as it has 1 x double and 1 x single bed so not even all of you can have a cup of T in the morning??!!! Come on thats just "BASIC"???? you know. The actual house isn't sogn posted at all we we're looking for it (on foot) for 2 hour's we thought we had it and knocked on this ladies door and said we think we have a room here we've booked, the lady was very polite and said no it's not here but helped us locate it with directions!

Beautiful room with nice decor. Comfortable bed and chair. Clean and peaceful. Close to the beach and Singleton Park.

Shower was a bit cold some mornings but warm other mornings.
