It's very good value for money, you can't complain at all for what I paid.

Banging from other customers but thats going to be a hit or miss situation

The communication with the staff was disappointing. We had not been given clear instructions on how to reach our room. We were supposed to receive full details (address, how to access the room etc.) on the arrival day, but we did not. What's more, when we were calling them for help they would pick up but not reply to us. We had to knock on people's doors to get help with the directions.

We ended up in R3 insted of r2 which looks to be a bigger ground floor room. For the price I was pleasantly suprised. The room was huge and the TV came with a firestick. Wifi was brilliant also. Definately got more than I expected for such a cheap room, so much better value than certain 'big chain cheap hotels'

Shower was cladded with respotex pvc panels by someone who clearly didn't know how to do it. Mastic everywhere but that is the only complaint I have. Let's be honest you get what you pay for.

Did not initially receive email with full address. Initially used the link on Booking.com site to find the location of the accommodation and it indicated a certain house on the road but not the correct one.
