No access to rooms, as there is no reception. I had to forward my passport, drivers licence and address to an individual acting as caretaker who assisted a lot. No soap/fresh towels, milk for a cup of tea. Room was very spacious and well furnished Please provide receptionist, courteous services and you will be ideal place as it is quiet. Remove old broken car on the driveway, spruce driveway and hallway

The room, clean linen

It was easy to access, in a convenient location. The room was spacious, warm and well equipped. Kettle and beverages, tv, wifi code, table and chairs, all great.

My only problem was in working out how to use the shower; it wasn’t operated by the pull cord. In the end I simply washed using the basin; then later on saw there was a switch high up on the wall. Perhaps that operated the shower? Please put an instruction somewhere on the email, maybe after noting the wifi code (excellent, thanks).

The bed was comfy but it was freezing cold. Probably nice in the summer. I did ask if he would turn the heating up but he didn’t

It was freezing cold! The radiator was not even lukewarm. I didn’t have a television. The window was drafty.

Lovely room close to singleton park and botanical gardens leading to the beach close to Swansea mumbles and The theatres and sport/ concert events comfy

I couldn’t stay longer

Nicely spacious, but this meant nothing due to the many negativity encountered.

Heating wasn't working, poor response to complaint, had to sleep without warmth on a rainy night, despite stating that i was with my heavily pregnant wife. One towel, live slug in the bin, The white bed spread had stain. The room had a damp and off smell. Appearance of room doesn't look as the pictures projects... In my opinion, I describe it as 'spooky'
