Dinner at french bistro not up to par with hotel standard and is way overpriced Somehow during at least two nites mosquites invaded the room

The standard of the hotel was excellent. The RED level experience was truly remarkable from the start. We were greeted with such a welcoming atmosphere, checking in was straightforward and we were looked after while our room was being prepared. The REF level area pool was very quiet, peaceful and friendly. The sun beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sea view from the pool. The food in the Asian restaurant was excellent, Italian restaurant was ok and the main dining area was my favourite with the amount of choice.

There could have been more shops on-site. One of the lifts were broken, meaning it wouldn’t come to the floor, doors didn’t open and the lights didn’t come on. The entertainment at night was one of the best I’ve seen, it’s just a shame you can’t see much of it. The stage would benefit from being extended, maybe above the water in from over the current one. As a gym fanatic, I enjoy a good workout every morning, even when I am holiday. The gym was well equipped, clean and inviting. The issues I had was there were no TVs to watch on the wall to compensate the lack of windows. The treadmill next to me was broken, it took ages to fix and caused a little disruption amongst those in the gym.

Excellent hotel complex far from the suffocating tourist area. Absolute respect for the customer with great quality in the services. Polite and helpful staff. First time at the red level, second at Melian and with the best impressions
