"Do not book!!!"

Couldn’t gain access. No key in lockbox. Tried to contact the number but it noted they could not receive incoming calls. Tried emailing and nothing.

"Absolutely shocking!! Do Not Book!!!!!"

Got to the apartment and no keys in the lockbox! Called booking.com only to be told we wait half hour for them to contact owners then if don't get back to them will get us another accomodation. Stood in the cold on my mum's birthday for over 2 hours! Had to find alternative accomodation ourselves and spent all evening on phone to booking.com. Do Not Book!! Absolutely awful! Trying to email booking.com for days and no one gets back to me!! Mums birthday spoilt!!

"A nightmare."

Nothing.

We arrived at the property and the owner had not provided a key in the lockbox, meaning that we had no entry into the property. We then waited outside for over an hour, repeatedly calling the ‘helpline’ he had provided, but the owners phone was turned off, so we had no response. We were left to sleep on the street, and have had no contact from the owner at all since. No refund has yet been provided.

"Bad"

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK

Got to the property and there was no key in the lockbox, tried to call the owner’s number and it doesn’t ring, was completely stranded in Brighton on a bank holiday and had to pay out for another hotel, DO NOT BOOK THIS.

"Scam beware booking.com took money and someone else owns the property now!"

We arrived with no communication booking.com were horrendous had to find myself alternative accommodation waiting for my refund!

"Scam apartment"

The fact that the operators of the apartment had not left a key, ignored all calls and messages and it took two weeks to get a refund. Had arrived for an event so Brighton was very busy and we had to book an alternative last minute hotel at twice the cost.

"SCAM - AVOID BOOKING"

"Key missing"

Nothing to like as we couldn't get inside the apartment.

We were provided with a code to a lockbox outside the apartments it was clear which one was ours as the owner sent us a photo reference, upon opening it there was no key inside, there was no struggle opening it as we put in the right numbers, we noticed there was a couple trying to get into one of the apartments too and they said they had to call them asking for the code as they weren't provided with one eventually they did and were able to enter but it seems like this is a common occurrence that happens in these apartments unfortunately for us when we called the owner they weren't able to pick up it kept on transferring us to voicemail, we left one and also emailed and messaged them on booking.com and still no reply or call back a hour in waiting by these apartments. We ended up having to book another hotel nearby and the next day we got a message thanking us for staying and leaving the place clean when we never entered in the first place because we were unable to, I'm unsure if that's an automated message but surely they must've seen our emails/messages asking for help before thanking us. So I highly recommend NOT staying here as it's common for there to be problems

"SCAM"

Despite for booking this accommodation 10 months in advance I was not able to stay at the apartment. The access codes were never sent to me despite my many attempts to get in touch and retrieve them. Phone number just goes straight to voice mail and any messages I received from the property were just generated messages and did not answer any of my queries! In the end, I had to look for the alternative accommodation on the day of my travel! And the day after, the service provider had the audacity to ask me for a feedback??!!!!!
