Nothing, a scam

Found out locks changed. Do not book. Property owned by housing association and not supposed to be rented. Keys did not work. Most likely a scam as 'owner' did not reply to messages or answer phone.

Good location. Everything we needed for a night. Compact and clean.

Trying to get the pram into the property was a nightmare. The step is higher than all the other flats so had to lift the pram through the door was a tight squeeze. My hubby had hot water then when it come to my shower - none? Not sure why.

Apartment was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived 45 mins after check in - - the cleaner got there after us - she did do a good job but it was 2- 3 hours after check in time when we eventually got in. The apartment office said it was beyond their control so not sure what the reason was

The location is perfect for the seaside, going to the Brighton Centre etc. We felt the apartment was very secure.

We arrived at 18.00 but had been given the wrong keysafe code. A gent called us back and gave us the correct code but asked us to check whether the apartment had been cleaned (it was 18.20 at this point) - the apartment is a lovely little place and modern but hadn't been cleaned. The gent offered to send out a cleaner about 1900 but we were already at our concert and couldn't wait around. I did email photos to the company the next morning but not heard anything from them. Don't let our experience put you off because it's a perfect little apartment but not really suited to sleeping 4 adults (maybe 2 adults and 2 children max)

The location of the house was very easy to find. The apartment is situated not far from the central street.

Unfortunately bed linen was not ironed. The quality of the bedding was really bad.
