Lovely friendly hosts,.quick.to answer any questions, made sure we were warm and the heating set appropriately. Avsolutely lovely property Spacious, warm clean and welcoming.

I like living room was comfortable

Wasn't clean enough.Lots of spiders web. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher.We didn't like the instructions to remove the bedding.I encountared this first time in my travels experience. Checjng out too early.The beds on wheels moved when being moved.

It was in a decent location. Quiet most of the time.

The beds are all singles, roll around in the floor and I almost fell off one as the mattress was not in good condition. Downstairs is perfect for relaxing

Unclean cutlery and crockery Dirty in all rooms, doors don't close properly, bathroom lock keeps falling off, mould on shower curtain need a good clean, plenty of other renters have mentioned this but it's still hung, back garden is awful, not kept, I know we rented the house not the garden however it's part and parcel of the rentail so should be usable. Only 1 hand towel each and 3 toilet rolls between 5 guests. Only catchup tv, can't get live tv, leaving instructions tell us to clean everything and strip beds or they will charge £50 extra, is this not part of the cleaning charge when we book, will not be using this holiday let again and I do NOT recommend it at all

Good facilities for hosting 6+ people. Nice garden patio to sit in when sunny. Good link to the tram although still takes a bit of time to get into the center. Great value for money.

Really nice

No big mirrors only tiny one high on wall. Had to take rubbish, not ideal when you have a family and no room in the car. Otherwise they say you will be charged £50 floors in bedroom dirty and one toilet roll

Spacious and comfortable

We had to buy things like toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags, salt and pepper. I would usually expect these things in a self catering accommodation where we’re expected to clean up after ourselves
