Great location and just what you need really if you’re coming to Brighton and need somewhere central to crash. They had to move us to a new apartment a few days before we arrived as apparently there was an issue with the previous guests checking out, but Kejia called to explain everything and we were given an even bigger place with early check in. Great service, thank you.

The WiFi didn’t work while we were there (though I didn’t raise this as we just relied on mobile data) and the place could be a little cleaner (we moved two single beds together and there was rubbish underneath).

The location is great Straight in the Center of Brighton. The apartment was very clean.

We were in the downstairs flat n.44 I checked the site that it was definitely ok for sleeping 6 persons and was told yes but it is really for 5. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and 1 single x bed in the kitchen. The 6th person had a folding mattress on the floor. There were duvets for all beds but no duvet covers! There was no linen for the folding mattress. Clearly said there were 6 of us but yet we only had 3x bath towels and 3 x little towels, not enough for 6. The kitchen was very badly equipped. Only 4 chairs, not enough cups and glasses, No forks at all !! No pots nor pans nor frying pans nothing to cook with. And 1 x mouldy wooden spoon was found in the cutlery drawer. Way over priced for the service provided.

Parking is tricky. The multi storey parking nearby are very expensive (£35 for a few hours). Strangely the tv is in one of the bedrooms. When we stayed the large tv was actually on the floor when we arrived as it looked as if the wall bracket had come off. These were minor irritations. It is possible to park over night on the street for free between 9pm and 8 am. Then got to NCP before 9 am and park all day for £10. ( you’ll need the NCP app)

The house, not a clean and fully damage and the manager of her. She doesn’t want help sheet over me another place but is too many steps more than 40 stars and I am disabled and I have disabled child and then after I’ve been company and they start not answering to us, and that was the toilet and shower not working and I even didn’t give our money back. 

Great location, literally right next to the Churchill Sq shopping centre. Perfect for getting all around Brighton. Sleeps 6 at a push. The 4 of us were perfectly comfortable enough. Really nicely decorated with a great kitchen area

Would have liked a slightly bigger table. There is a 2 seater in the kitchen area but could use at least 4 seats. But that's a minor inconvenience more than anything negative

Great location right next to shopping centre and a view of the sea outside the front door. 10 min walk to pier and similar to shops and lanes. Good correspondence with owner when needed. Had some drainage issue and maintenance was called out within 2 hrs. Cosy apartment. Owner arranged extra sofa beds so sleeps 6 comfortably. Nice large layout. Lovely decor inside. Very clean and tidy.

Location seems to be on loading bay area so was noisy early in the morning at times.. ok if you're a morning person.

The location is great and the overall appearance and decor of the apartment is great

This apartment states it sleeps 6 but there are beds for 3 people and the other beds are fold out futon style and are so uncomfortable that my sister actually ended up sleeping on the floor. Also there were only 3 mugs in the cupboard and only 2 chairs to sit in the kitchen/dining area
