Beautiful & Spacious 2-Bed Flat in City Centre with Free Parking

Not much

Had low water pressure so couldn't shower. Heating didn't work properly. Flat was dirty and falling apart Oven doesn't work properly and no oven dishes. Limited kitchen equipment. Beds were soooooo bad. Flat and kitchen had a very bad smell Dripping shower was annoying Photos hide a lot of this. I would not suggest staying here.

The wifi worked and the guy who appeared to be selling small baggies of something right outside the back door was at least polite….

Literally everything else. Bathroom is falling apart, water pressure in the shower is nonexistent, shower has a steady drip. They left us one partially used roll of toilet paper for our stay… we found beer tops in the furniture… staircase smelled of marijuana. The photos they put on looked nice but in reality the entire apartment is in need of repair. At least I have four locks on the door…. It’s like they know it’s not the best neighborhood or something…

Warm, cozy, three minutes to the bus stop and less than 10 minutes from the city centre 😁

Drug consume near the backdoor

There is literally nothing I liked about this booking. We liked our stay in Glasgow because Glasgow is a great place but a lot of joy was lost when I wasted so much time trying to communicate with the property management company to solve challenges we should not have experienced to begin with.

Where can I start? First, the listing is untruthful as the apartment is not located in the actual City Centre of Glasgow. It is also located in a rough area of the city, so traveling by public transportation or leaving the car parked outside might not be safe (A study by CACI in 2010 found Springburn to be the most-feared neighborhood in Scotland for violent crime in a national league table, with 42% of residents living in fear of violence, according to Wikipedia.) Most importantly, the apartment was not clean. The kitchen was missing standard equipment for the number of people allowed to reside in the apartment and the oven was not working properly. We were forced to buy cleaning materials and clean the apartment ourselves because we could not stay in the apartment as we received it. When I confronted the property management company about the issues we were facing they were initially rude insinuating that I was lying because I refused to give them access to the apartment when we were not present. When I finally allowed them access (we were not present as we had planned full days in Glasgow and the surroundings) they said that they inspected the apartment with a full team and did not find any of the problems I mentioned. They even said that we did not know how to operate an oven. In the end, we were forced to spend a lot more money to eat out, we wasted the food that we had originally bought for the first 2 days of our stay as we could not use the oven, spent money for cleaning supplies, and wasted time back and forth communicating and at times arguing with the property management company about the issues we were facing instead of enjoying our vacation. Finally, the water pressure was very low and on the last day, we did not have any water to take showers. I sent a message to the property management about it but did not receive any reply till after we had left the property. From a property quality and service perspective, a complete failure.

Location not to far from town

Flat is very tired and old and in need of a serious face-lift. Sofas uncomfortable beds not comfortable cheap mattress and botched jobs. Some if not most repairs need done asap, not value for money ! I also have more photos of repairs needing done !

My colleague and I needed a place last minute while working in the area, and this apartment was a fantastic find! Superb value for money, with secure parking spaces for both our vans, which made us feel at ease. It’s ideally located – just minutes to drive into Glasgow and a quick hop onto the motorway for Edinburgh in under 5 minutes. This spot is perfect for business travel, but with its comfortable setup, I’d recommend it for families with kids too. We’re working in the area for the next seven weeks and are already in talks with our company to book us in for three days a week here. A fantastic stay all around!
