Beautiful & Spacious 2-Bed Flat in City Centre with Free Parking

Following points were absolutely terrible: 1. The sheets contained many many dark hairs, its was used and not clean. 2. The kitchen felt dirty, sticky. Also not clean. 3. The bathroom contained a lot of molt spots. Not clean. 4. Security. We were with two couples. When 1 left early, while the others were sleeping, we had to close the outside door with the key, as it was not falling in the lock, leaving them in the apartment locked. 5. The floor made a lot of noise. It sounded like a very old house with a wooden floor, but its a modern apartment. 6. One light in the bedroom could not be connected as no electricity there.

The property was easily found and on the city's outskirts but no more than a short 10-minute drive in. When we arrived later in the day it was easy to locate the lock box, the check-in instructions were clear and the property on entering had all the instructions in a nice folder for us to look at. The property was clean and tidy and had enough kitchen items for us to cook meals. We were missing a sheet for one of the beds and it was quite late in the evening but we had a prompt reply and a sheet was delivered to us in good time which was excellent and all our questions were answered quickly. Communication was excellent.

The only thing is the apartment is on the top floor so you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to it, this was fine for us but should be considered when booking.

The apartment had a double booking. We noticed it when we called the host upon our arrival in front the apartment despite the fact that we an automatic welcoming in the morning by the host. The host blamed booking.com and pretends that the other host already booking 4 moths ago.

Location - good Space - good Cleanliness - good

Turning off the Heating shouldnt be this difficult. Everything else was fine for us.
