Beautiful & Spacious 2-Bed Flat in City Centre with Free Parking

So I had booked this place for one night. Reached there late at night and booked the place few hours before arriving. Usually, host allow late check-out as I reached after midnight. Tried calling the management but no one replied until morning. First thing first, the place is a 3rd or 4th floor flat in building with no lift. Which I realised later as one of our friend is slightly disabled. We had a late check out and once we were leaving we met the cleaners. I asked the cleaner if I could get another night as originally the prices for two nights were around £200 and I paid £130 for one. The management asked £65 extra for late check out as they don't allow it. Which was strange because this was the first time someone denied late check-out. Even 5 star hotels usually allow it. However, understandable, I said that I would pay £65 and leave but then the cleaners told me that they have talked to the management and the management told them that if I make another booking for night they will charge me £130 and not £170 as displayed on website, and that they will refund the remaining amount but I will have to pay £170 online. I agreed but till date even though I asked them numerous times they have denied me of refund. They come up with a new excuse every time, or they don't even bother replying. This place is not worth £300 for two nights. The max this place is worth would be £100 a night and only if U can't find any other place or else I wouldn't bother. The bed were two low, so If U have back or knee issues or any disabilities just forget about getting back up without help.

The water pressure in the shower is non existent and the double bed drops lower than the frame (maybe I just need to lose a few)

We flew in all the way from Australia for a family holiday, and this property in Glasgow was absolutely perfect. The host went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early after our long flight, free of charge. This made all the difference for us, especially with kids in tow! The location was fantastic, not only close to the city centre but also just a short distance from our relatives. The host was incredibly accommodating, even letting one of my cousins stay with us for two nights without any extra cost. The views from the flat were a highlight for my kids—they couldn’t get enough! The host and their team were some of the most accommodating and friendliest we’ve ever encountered. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you're visiting Glasgow, whether from near or far, you’ll feel right at home here!

I recently stayed at this property in Glasgow for a business trip, and it was perfect! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly—by far the most professional I’ve encountered in hundreds of Airbnb stays. The location is unbeatable. With free parking (a rare find!) and a quick 5-minute train ride into the city centre, it was super convenient. The property has everything you could need, whether for business or leisure. Although I was with colleagues, I wouldn’t hesitate to return with my family—my kids would love it! Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

A special mention must go to the host, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
