Plenty of wardrobe space

The caravan was very dated, which is not a problem but having no footpath to access the caravan was problematic, especially on wet days as only muddy grass to walk through to access the steps on decking. The steps and decking were dangerously slippy. The radiators in the van are rusty and look awful (one being the first thing you see) The van in general looked clean at first glance, but discovered this was not the case. Kitchen cupboard contained condiments that were very out of date so not sure why they are there (we had brought own anyway) The cutlery had to be bleached due to the stains and dirt on them. We were a family of 6 booked and only one small baking tray for use in oven, one large saucepan and no cooking utensils. These items were also dirty and needed to be cleaned and bleached. The cooker had clearly not been cleaned, we had to do this before use, in particular the hob! The net curtains had mould on them and the main double bed mattress is in awful condition and just about worthy of laying on. The bathroom sink and shower were both dirty, the shower in particular had blocked drainage. I am thankful I took my own bedding. We spent all week cleaning and on leaving the property we cleaned everywhere again leaving it cleaner than before we arrived. I do have a number of photos but review only allows 4 uploads. I am not sure who cleans the caravan and if this is arranged privately through the owner but I would certainly question if they are paying the right person.

The location was ok, just abit hard to find, John Fowlers staff were great. The entertainment was good.

The owners acted unprofessional when they entered the caravan for 2 broken tvs. They only fixed one after spending alot of time in the caravan, swearing as it wasn't working, leaving and returning. The caravan was dirty and the cleaning supplies were broken. (Vaccum and sweeping brush etc). The bed is in the way of shutting the master bedroom door. And the bed is broken in the middle resulting in us sleeping on the sofa in the front room area. The tap in the kitchen constantly leaks, filling the bowl up, making a constant dripping sound. Bathroom was very unclean and if you open the window the neighbour next door can see and he looks out his window alot.
