Property Notes

Entertainment passes are compulsory and cost £40 per caravan for short stays (1 to 3 nights) and £70 per caravan for for stays (4 to 7 nights). These need to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer. Pets are welcome for £15 each for up to 3 nights. Anything longer is an extra £5 per night each. Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance of your stay. Early check in is available for a small additional charge. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Fri, Feb 12, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Park ideal , sadly outdated caravan that needs some attention to make stay pleasant."

The park was great for families, had its own kids club, swimming pool and the entertainment. tidy inside on arrival and cosy, hand towel, washing up liquid , cloth nice touch. Bedding was also clean and can’t fault. Good communication on arrival.

Sadly Very outdated , outside -long grass, boggy in rain with no footpath. The veranda was green and discoloured. Outside furniture dated, broken and discoloured, dog mess under caravan. cheap utensils and not enough cooking equipment for 6 people. The bed in the main bedroom faulty- feels like slope , can’t sleep on either side- AWFUL ,AWFUL ,AWFUL didn’t sleep hardly in stay because of it. Mould on bottom of net curtains. Cleaning equipment absolutely filthy- can’t use ! Vacuum needs attention as smells of rotten fish when used. This has been passed onto the owner but sadly think falls on deaf ears as these issues in past have been highlighted. Shame as this would be ideal for any families.

"Amazing, had a few problems with the boiler and was sorted pretty much straight away. Couldn’t fault owners or lady help"

This caravan was very clean and had everything we needed. The site was lovely, clean and quite would stay here again

I scored a 9 would of been a 10 if the mattres had been more comfortable.

Clean, spacious, close to the club house and beach. Check in is easy and passes good value. Good communication with the booking agent. Single beds are good size, sofa bed is comfy and easy to use.

The additional fee for linen, would have worked out an extra £50+, took our own. Shower in need of replacing as pressure was poor, head is loose. The double bed was uncomfortable as it was bowed in the middle of the mattress felt like sleeping on a hill.

"A good place to stay... Could be better with a bit of work."

The place was clean and exterior looks good. Deck space adds beauty and is useful. Check in was easy and instructions were helpful.

Looks a bit tired. Bed and fixtures getting old. Needs some TLC and refurbishment. There was no space to park one car contrary to what was mentioned during booking. However, larger parking lot was pretty close, so it wasn't much of an issue.
