Easy to access, hosts were friendly, lovely park.

Immaculate caravan, comfy clean warm, excellent communication with owners

Only negative was you couldn’t park by van but there’s a car park 2 min walk away

it allowed us to take our dog

No hot water. Called the owners to be told “it’s a quick fix” so quick it lasted all of 3 seconds whilst using the shower on the first day. Kitchen tap constantly leaked, so much so that it overflowed the washing up bowl and went over the sides and drenched the one tea towel that was given to us. No toilet roll on our arrival? No internet, tv in main bedroom needed to have an aerial to be used the remote was ruined and had no batteries in it. To top it all off, the last gas safety inspection on the boiler was done in 2018!!!!!( I have proof) This is a yearly requirement. This caused us to feel very unsafe. Do not recommend

It is a nice caravan, clean and tidy with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It is pretty well equipped with most of the things you need for a self-catering stay. The park was clean with a basic shop and a nice outside bar area. It's in a great location for the beach.

We had to buy an entertainment pass in advance of our stay as we were informed it was compulsory. Not one person asked to see it the whole time we were there. There was a TV in the bedroom but we couldn't use it as there were no batteries in the remote.

Relatively quiet family park . Clean outside grounds. Only a little arcade,which is enough for the size of the park. Good prices in the onsite shop and takeaway shop. Good entertainment at night for younger children. The kids foxy shop is good and not overpriced and has opening times , not open all day and night is good. Close to the beach. Most staff are friendly.

Caravan was clean looking but when you looked closer it was dirty especially the shower, grime and green gundge in corners around cubicle in general. Microwave very rusty, dirty kettle on the inside, bedding protection needs to be cleaner , no mattress protector on single bed , needs. Upholstery in living room shabby and dirty needs a good clean , the throws looked awful to, looked like then needed a wash, carpet could do with a clean. A good basic caravan that needs some general TLC and decorating. Out side caravan was unkept, dirty decking , table and chairs dirty and scruffy. Grass cuttings everywhere. . Not enough bins around the place. Kids play ground needs updating. Shop closes to early at night as does the takeaway shop. More outside activities needed , football, multi games area.

Shower freezing cold could not. Contact anyone sink in bathroom blocked not received 100 deposit back can’t contact anyone on phone not responding to emails

Great caravan, really friendly staff and very helpful!! We will definitely return and highly recommend it!!
