Property Notes

Entertainment passes are compulsory and cost £40 per caravan for short stays (1 to 3 nights) and £70 per caravan for for stays (4 to 7 nights). These need to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer. Pets are welcome for £15 each for up to 3 nights. Anything longer is an extra £5 per night each. Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance of your stay. Early check in is available for a small additional charge. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Fri, Feb 12, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"ok, not too noisy"

toilet didn't flush properly, shower head corroded and unable to adjust, heating full on when arrived and it was 34 degrees outside!

"Cute home from home"

Lovely home, wraparound veranda with chairs we used on that from the garden table & chairs. Communication from Rhiana were instant answering all q's i had. Shower was very good & bathroom very clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen, tho i did bring my coffee machine😂 part carpet, part laminate, decent sized tv & loads of sitting space in the lounge area, dining table & stools. Bedrooms perfectly adequate & had best nights sleep for a long time👍This van had been well looked after & offers an inexpensive break. Onsite takeaway & shop. There is a clubhouse but didnt use it. Stones throw from Brean beach. The site is well maintained & homes are spaced apart quite nicely. Would return for sure.

"Spacious, reasonable stop off en route to another holiday"

Close to Beach, spacious caravan

Gave some feedback on the bed & hoover direct to owners. We had to pay an extra £35 for entertainment passes but couldn't get a swimming slot or a table in the bar so that seemed for nothing (appreciate the latter bit out of owner control)

Was good location

Hot water didn't stay hot and couldn't shower for 2 nights Toilet light didn't work TV in main bedroom had no channels just for show Heating In second room not working People come out and carried out maintenance while we was in the middle of breakfast
