Property Notes

Entertainment passes are compulsory and cost £40 per caravan for short stays (1 to 3 nights) and £70 per caravan for for stays (4 to 7 nights). These need to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival via bank transfer. Pets are welcome for £15 each for up to 3 nights. Anything longer is an extra £5 per night each. Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge. This needs to be booked and paid for in advance of your stay. Early check in is available for a small additional charge. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Fri, Feb 12, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

Quiet and safe for the dogs with the gated balcony. The caravan was great for dog owners like us but not for anyone looking for a bit of a luxury feel.

The matrasses were terrible. Worse than a blow up camping matrass that has a slow puncture! The double was the worst. We couldn't have stayed any longer than the 2 nights otherwise we would have been crippled with back pain. They really do need replacing and it's the reason we wouldn't go back.

Not much, we will not be using that site again. The outside areas were very clean and tidy. The staff were polite and friendly

Although we paid £40 for the entertainment passes, we could not use them, because NO dogs allowed in the Club; swimming pool or on-site cafe. We were not aware you needed (prior to arrival) go on the internet too book a swimming session. We could not take our lovely little dog, anywhere indoors at that site.
