The room and the environment was nice

The radiator wasn't working. Though there was a fan heater for replacement but I am allergic to fan heater.

Easy check in, plenty of parking, room was very clean & spacious, and heating on so lovely and warm. Would be more than comfortable for a longer stay with whats provided in the room.

Bidet not available as advertised but wasnt really a problem.

Big rooms, easy and secure check in instructions. Fridge and microwave included as well as good towels and tea making facilities. Lots of parking in a pretty location and cottage.

Eravamo già stati nella struttura e aveva suscitato varie perplessità invece questa volta è andato tutto bene.

La comunicazione per il codice di ingresso arriva troppo tardi e crea dei problemi per cui in due volte che abbiamo alloggiato per due volte abbiamo dovuto telefonare per poter accedere. Con difficoltà di comprensione e perdita di tempo
