Rainsough Cottage Guest House - Shared Bathroom - Free Parking & WiFi

I will rate this appartment 8/10…. It’s. not a bad choice at all but the only problem i had during my was that the other rooms were making too much noise and the music was too loud from some rooms, this needs to be addressed. And too many people staying in one apartment, saw several people smoking and coming out from a room. Apart from this i think the room itself is ok and neat.

-the neatness -the size of the room and the organisation of the items within. - the staff ( the lady cleaner/housekeeper). She was kind, approachable, explained things with clarity and helped to snap us 🥰 - the proximity to the road and easy access. - The sights through my back window were lovely and serene. It seems like a garden behind.

The noise from other neighbours became so loud and unbearable at times. The first night, it was more of an on-and-off experience, endless movements, and talking. The second night it was horrifying and I was literally awake, scared to my bones and couldn't wait for morning to leave. Someone seemed to be coming out of their room shouting/screaming, running down the corridor/stairs, being chased by another person intermittently. My colleague in another room, too, couldn't sleep and kept calling me out of fear. We didn't have a good night, to be honest. Unfortunately, we were not around during the day to compare. But all of the discomfort was from other tenants/neighbours.
