Designer Beachfront Apartment in Big Bay with swimming pool- 2 bedroom, 1 Azure

The unit is well located in Big Bay with easy access to shops and a short walk to the beach. The balcony area is spacious and has a sea view. Washing machine was a bonus.

The gas braai was not working due to a leak in the pipe. The cupboard in the second bedroom was locked so packing space was limited. The bathroom basin is small and ventilation is poor.

Location-good. Close to beaches and restaurants. Beds- clean, comfy.

Check in was unprofessional and rushed.We arrived earlier than expected and waited for the host. Company vehicle pulled up next to us. Staff looked at us and made comments and laughed, not realising that we were the guests. Guy got out, was on the phone with someone arguing about keys that were not on site for the unit, because someone left with it.. Asked if we were the guests checking in. Not very welcoming and did not introduce himself to us at all, until I asked him much later what his name was. He was rambling on about where what was in the unit, seemingly in a great rush and as though its a burden to tell us where everything is. Did not give me much detail about the face recognition thing(as he calls it) to access Eden on the Bay area, so I ended up not using it. (Security later explained it was an app I needed to download after I asked him. )Finn, proceeded to tell us that he was going to show us where parking is. We walked and he abruptly stopped mid-walk and said that he was not going to walk any further and proceeded to tell us where the parking is - Said his goodbyes and left as fast as possible. Only other thing was the bathroom basin top in the crease,where the taps are, was covered in what looked like mold.

The place is nicely situated close to the beach and other nunerous facilities in Cpt

We would have loved faster internet for my kids online gaming and other streaming platforms

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Desigher beachfront apartment . We found it to be a nice quiet and clean retreat, perfect for our getaway. Safe parking and 24 hour security. Close to the beach and shops. Great stay when in Cape Town.

No A/C, but was really not needed.

Top eingerichtetes, geschmackvolles Appartment mit grosser Terrasse. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Sehr sicher. Um die Ecke gleich viele Restaurants und fantastischer langer Strand.

Die Betten hätten bequemer sein können.

The bathroom needs more amenities, like a shower caddy

Everything was satisfactory. Even the way the host handled my request to have the bathroom (re)cleaned was met with understanding and complete accommodation. 10/10 just for the customer service and accomodation

Getting in & out of the complex was a bit of a hassle. They've recently launched new security measures (a code system that security wasn't too familiar with), which caused a bit of issues/delays with getting in and out of the complex. Nothing terrible, as this is a security feature, but it was a bit confusing for the first few days
