Really clean and tidy, and all the stuff you need for a stay (hairdryer/shampoo/shower gel etc). Easy 10 min walk to the Utilita Arena. It's really comfy and warm, and quiet at night. Slept really well both nights and I'm a super light sleeper. Really good info and Comms from the host and really easy to follow instructions for how to get there and into the building etc. Parking was good in the nearby temple car park - you have to keep refreshing this every 12 hours on the app.

Not a massive deal so feel bad even saying it but just a warning to future bookers - have very fast showers if there is a few of you as we ran out of hot water quite fast (2 showers) and one of us had to shower in the evening instead as it takes a while to heat back up. Once we knew this we just staggered and it was fine.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and in an ideal location for the venue we were attending. The hosts were helpful, very responsive, and patient when I did not read a communication from them properly. It was also really quiet there, considering it is in a block of apartments. We would highly recommend it.

Maybe not enough information about the parking as I had thought there would be a dedicated space. However, the host advised me of a nearby car park, and we quickly realised we could park in the street after 6 pm and then move to the car park before 8 am. It would save a bit of stress if this was made a bit clearer to guests. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

A lovely little apartment, perfect for a weekend exploring Birmingham or, like us, for a day at the Test Match at nearby Edgbaston. The apartment was clean, well furnished and easy to find. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so perfect for a family, or two couples. Communicating with the hosts was a doddle - prompt responses and a pack of info to help you with your stay. Overall, we had a lovely time and will definitely come back when England are back at Edgbaston!

The pillows were a bit hit and miss - some were a bit too soft and the ones in the twin were a bit too plump! But other than that - everything was brilliant.
