Value for money and loads of room it was in a good location within the park.

Toilet door handle was temperamental

Location was good. Close to shops and public transport.

Huge place with facilities especially for children. Groceries near by within walking distance.

The bathroom door handle stopped working and was a struggle to open especially when someone is inside. Master bed was comfy however, twin beds were uncomfortable due to spring mattresses.

Caravan is situated in a decent pitch on a family site. Seems to offer everything you would expect.

The on site shop closes at 8pm which seems a little early for me. And with us personally booking through booking.com it did lack a lot of info and gave a couple of unfortunate surprises ie booking it said towels and linen included, but then small print said no towels. And it gave zero clue as to how you get the key for the caravan, maybe this was our lack of experience in this situation but it should cater for people who don't know. Owners were responsive and helpful once I found out the platform to communicate. I would use it again and would be better prepared next time. Tv couldn't get channels. Old caravan clinging onto life.

Perfect location

Dramas with toilet keep blocking, shower door keep locking itself and can't open from inside, all' nonstick pan were outdated , no proper cutting knife.

It was comfortable and clean to stay

The bathroom door was not opening from inside so we had to have someone outside to open it.

The site was lovely. Security staff ( Tom) came out to us as our caravan wouldn't lock. He was going to see if they had a spare caravan to be moved into until it was fixed, but it was too late for the children.

The caravan hadn't been cleaned the beds looked like they'd been slept in, the cooker , hob and fridge was filthy, bin hadn't been emptied, wrapers left in cupboards and under beds carpets and floors not clean, toilet and shower wasn't clean , the door was broken, and we had to put a chair under the door handle so the children couldn't get out and people couldn't get in ! Even once, it had clean things were missed ( wrapers in cupboards , window sills needed a wipe, cobwebs over windows), the decking need weeding, and a wash down

Location good, lovely hot water and helpful host

Single beds a bit full of springs, double was comfy. V basic furnishings, could be made more homely.

No Cleaning , dirty rooms , No towels , Kitchen and drawing area was messed up, Sofa is such unhigenic
