Nice spacious van which was ideal for our weekend away.

Unfortunately the TV didn't work. We contacted the owner who got back to me very quickly but as we were only there for one night this couldn't be rectified. However it wasn't detrimental to our stay.

The location was good for us, on our cycling tour of the Island. The accommodation did warm up quickly and was cozy .

The weather!! We felt that the accommodation was very basically furnished, no cushions on the sofa and the television did not work. This was not able to be fixed during the time we were there. There was no welcome pack with any information about the accommodation or the park and area.

It was not possible to get hold of the host except the time of chek in, where they gave us the code for the key.. The park staff refused to deal with any matter as they said it was a private booking. The whole ground around the caravan and the pathway was muddy. We had no choice but to walk through the mud with our luggage where our shoes were soked with mud. We tried to contact the host, but no one answered or got back to us ever. We also requested from the park reception to clean the pathway, but nothing happened. A few days before we checked in, we messaged the host to get a discount code for the ferry. We only got the code the day we arrived, which was too late. The TV did not work and again the we could not reach the host. In case a guest has any emergency like loosing the keys you've had it as thare is no contact point during your stay.

Nice cosy place to spend with beach nearby and all amenitis near by. Very polite staff and helpful

Everything was excellent. Rooms were tidy and neat , host were friendly and welcoming.
