Shower was working perfect n toilet was clean.

Carpet all over the place was dirty, sofas were visibly dirty, we have to put some sheets on the top of sofas before we used them. Because of that there was some nasty smell there n we were not able to stay there comfortably despite we kept windows open. We had to wait around an hour to get the code for key when we entered n owner was not answering our calls / messages.

The outside area are pleasent

The code for the key was wrong and we struggled for more than one our outside in windy weather Also started to look another stay Call and email many times but no answer

Extremely disappointing stay. 1. Drains were blocked. The owner was messaged within a couple of hours of arriving that the toilet was not flushing properly. She was notified multiple times over the next 3 days. The owner did not respond and ignored every message. We spoke to Parkdean Resorts, where the caravan was located, but as it is privately rented caravan there is a limit to what they could do. After 3 days we had to find alternative accommodation as despite buying our own plunger and drain unblocker, it was unmanageable as there would often be a blocked toilet with standing water (that did not drain slowly) in the kitchen sink, shower and toilet. Not having a useable toilet or the ability to use water throughout our stay was not acceptable 2. Toilet flush was broken as water would continually run from the cistern into the toilet. Owner ignored our message. We fixed it ourselves using YouTube 3. TV was broken, although this was the least of our worries. I'm awaiting a full refund, and will be going to small claims court if I'm not refunded
