"My friends were happy"

I booked the accommodation on behalf of friends visiting from Australia so the feedback that I received was "check in went well ... friendly and professional service"!

As a secondary person doing the booking for friends from abroad who couldn't make up their minds about who was coming or not, I was disappointed about the fact that the hosts of the accommodation DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL supplied on Booking.com if any changes or questions are required ... In my book that's very unprofessional because it made me doubt my choice and I will in future not book again!

"Walking distance to Waterfront but next to busy Dock Rd,"

Walking distance into the Waterfront

Minimum equipped. No soap, no tab for dishwasher etc. The apartment is next to busy Dock Rd. Very noisy. Sitting on the balcony impossible

I requested for the two single beds to be combined and they combined them for me the next morning. Location is absolutely perfect.

Not bad apartment. But it can be much better. Furniture needs to be replaced. Aircon units are very old, struggle to cool the rooms and make random noises through the day. Pillow cases also need to be replaced.
