Paihia By the Sea

Location was walking distance to ferries restaurants and pubs. Property was quiet clean tidy had all kitchen amenities and also washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. Would definately stay again.

Location was fantastic. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was only a very short walk to the main shopping and cafes. The instruction on how to access the property was very clear

4 small milks wasn't really enough for 2 people for 3 days. Perhaps 6 would have been thoughtful. One night it rained very heavily and water seeped into the bedroom near the bedside table so the floor was quite damp. This is something the owners probably didn't know about but might need attending to

Spacious, seperate bedroom with ensuite & laundry. Easy secure parking. Restaurants & shops only a short walk. Zane Greys tavern opposite

Small bath towels, one was ripped. Pot lid was broken. Tv selection poor.

The position was fabulous. The apartment beautiful and well equipped.

There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern with good quality fixtures and fittings. It was in the perfect location, right opposite the beach and a minute’s walk from the centre of Paihia. The underground car parking was really useful too.

Great location - right in the heart of Paihia and across from the water. Well-appointed apartment with everything we needed - including a washing machine.

Location and gardens/views

A little unclean and tired (chipped tiles need repairing). Lighting was bad.. ceiling lights need upgrading.
