USClean, comfortable rental. Everything was perfect. Close to restaurants and a few tourist/ historical sites. Easy check-in, I would definitely recommend.
It's a busy area with a bar opposite/ noises expected outside but didn't like the late night noises on the stairs and from the apartment above.

My only concern was that the door entrance faced an ally and I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter.

MXLocation was pretty phenomenal and the facilities were really clean and comfortable. The room with the king size bed was quite amazing and the whole property was really nice with a full kitchen.
Unlike the main room, the sofa bed is next to a bar and in the weekends it gets really noisy and until late. Plus, I guess we had some bad luck and they collected the trash during dawn so it was hard to have a good sleep in the sofa bed.

Very dark, basically only living room has proper window. There is restaurant in same building just behind the bedroom. Very first night/day we got terrible karaoke experience so we decided to find other place. Also entrance is not exactly nice. Seedy street, trash bin in front of your door.

The entry is in a dirty, unsafe. busy and loud alley with rats, garbage and a nightclub across the street. The nightclub and Karaoke restaurant were loud and went late into the evening. Garbage trucks and construction started early.I also didn't like the work crew leaving the security door open. It shouldn't be classified as a 2 bedroom because the 2nd room is a living room with an uncomfortable pullout. The laundry room isn't in the unit - you have to walk around the whole building and you need quarters and it was broken. Had to contact the property often with lots of questions and complaints. The property is not accessible, there are stairs. Neither bathtub held water...
